What To Expect When We
Live Stream a Service

A feeling of togetherness!

If you have family or friends who are unable to attend the service, they can still participate in the service by watching the live stream.

Possible Concerns: To live stream, we effectively manage dependencies with Telus and YouTube along with our professional equipment. Even though the risk is slight, there remains the possibility the live stream will stop. As a backup, we record each service and will upload it after; usually available for viewing within 6 hours.

Audio Quality

Our wireless mic system is very sensitive and can effectively pick up the celebrant and others that speak on stage. We use noise-canceling headsets, so we can accurately set the audio levels per speaker.

Possible Concerns: Wireless systems can occasionally have interference from emergency vehicle communication. If we realize this before the service, we can change the wireless channel. If this happens during the service, there is little we can do.

Possible Concerns: We have live streamed services at almost every cemetery in the Fraser Valley and been successful to connect to a cell tower. Many cemeteries are in isolated locations with powerlines running overhead. If in the event we can not connect to a cell tower, as a backup, we record each service and will upload it after; usually available for viewing within 6 hours.

Privacy

To provide better accessibility to families wanting to share a service with their extended family and friends, we allow a degree of greater access by making our services public on YouTube.

Possible Concerns: We want to provide the utmost security for families who desire complete privacy. We offer a completely private page with password-protected access option.

After the Live Stream

We keep services up on our website indefinitely, unless you would like us to remove it for any reason. There will also be a  download guide on our website clearly outlining how to download a service onto your computer for both Mac and PC for free. If you would like a hard copy (on a Memory Stick), we would be happy to provide one for an extra charge of $100.

Possible Concerns: Though we keep previous services on our website indefinitely, we cannot guarantee that it will remain on our website forever; therefore we highly suggest you download the service to your own computer for yourself and your family to keep. (Click here for our free download guide)
